I found this vintage Fitness Quest Abdomenizer Instruction Manual at my friend’s mom’s estate. It was printed in 1991 and it is so nineties! The manual has been folded and the corners (one in particular) are bent. Please see photos to get the idea. There is no writing in the manual. It’s hilarious.
