The uncirculated medal is still factory sealed inside its original plastic bag, as pictured.  Strangely enough, the medal has some imperfections on the reverse side in the form of black marks).  

Comes inside its original issue blue box with the inner blue molded insert.  

Top foam insert, information sheet and display stands are NOT included.
