I obtained this item from a High end plumbing retailer that recently closed. The item came in for an order, was logged in, box opened and contents verified, and then the order was changed, canceling this item. Over time, it sat on the shelf and the box was lost. Making this a "Brand New, Without Box" Item. It was never installed or used. Their loss is your gain. Buy with confidence and good luck.
