When the auction is started, the item is in stock and ready for shipment from our manufacturer. However, due to demand for certain items, they may become out of stock without warning. If this should occur, you will have a choice of receiving a full refund or to be placed on back order for that item. To ensure prompt shipping and delivery of your item, we ask that you please send your payment immediately. If your payment is delayed, there is a chance that the item you have won is no longer available for immediate shipment. In stock items will ship from our store the same day payment is received and cleared. If you need your item immediately, please e-mail us first for availablity, before you purchase the item.

Orders that are not in stock, will ship from the manufacturer to our store. Allow 3 to 10 days for production time and handling. (Personalized items may take longer.) Once we receive your item it is carefully inspected and then repacked by us. We will then ship your order the same day. Smaller items ship USPS, all others will ship UPS. (There will be different shipping options for you to choose from.) no PO boxes or APO orders. We will combine shipping on multiple orders.

All International shipments please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Please e-mail for shipping costs to your location. For orders shipped international we are not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the shipment. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your countrys customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Some items require shipping insurance if they are fragile or very expensive. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

All sales are final unless you receive a new item that is damaged. Please contact us within in 5 days of receiving the merchandise in order to receive your replacement.
