Being that the blocks are Chinese made, the metal retaining plates are never made the same. You may need to bore out your plate a bit to get seals to fit in. These are made a bit thicker for longevity.

Averaging Shore D 53-60 value PTFE rings( very hard to get accurate reading with how small these are). We source the highest quality PTFE. These rings are suitable for use even without the upper lip, as some machines do not come with that. Do not be fooled if you are told it is needed. These are made with help from aviation engineers.

This replacement spool valve rod seal kit is designed specifically for 4-block Chinese mini excavator control valves. The kit includes 4 high-pressure black viton O-rings and 4 white Teflon retaining rings, providing all the essential sealing components needed to rebuild and stop leakage around the spool valve rods.

These seals are commonly used in 0.8–2 ton Chinese mini excavators and fit the standard hydraulic 4-section spool valve block found on many OEM and aftermarket machines. The O-rings provide the primary hydraulic seal, while the Teflon retaining rings support durability, reduce wear, and ensure smooth spool movement within the valve body.
