Inlet Check Valve The water inlet ensures that the cutting fluid and waste oil mixture can enter the separator smoothly and effectively separates the oil and water.	Oil Drain Through the oil drain, the oil-water separator is able to recycle and reuse the separated oil, thus saving energy and protecting the environment.	Purge valve The function of the purge valve is to purge sludge from the bottom of the tank to keep the system clean and running efficiently.

Return Port The water after oil removal can be returned to the water tank for recycling or discharged, realizing full automation.	Control Panel Intelligent integrated design control panel for timing, manual/automatic and speed control according to your needs, easy to operate.	Oil-water Separation Tank The tank separates oil and water in the cutting fluid to maintain the cleanliness and performance of the cutting fluid and can be reused.

ITEM SCOPE OF APPLICATIONS

1. This product can separate the surface floating oil in the machine tool water tank from the cutting fluid.
2. This product can also separate the floating oil on the surface of other water-based, water-based cutting fluid and water-based liquid.
3. This product is not suitable for the liquids of grinding machine and wire cutting machine containing powder, organic solutions and other corrosion liquids containing acid and alkali.

ITEM MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

1. Adsorption device: When there are many impurities, it needs to be cleaned in time to ensure the smooth flow of its pipeline. Clean up every 2-4 weeks when there are many impurities; clean once every six months when there are few impurities.
Cleaning method: open the bottom plate of the adsorption device and clean it up.

2. Separation tank: When there are many impurities, thicker (over 4cm) sediment will accumulate under the separation tank during long-term operation and block the return port. At this time, the separation tank should be cleaned in time.
Cleaning method: Pour out all the water in the separation tank and pour it out again after reabsorbing clean water, repeat two or three times.

3. Regulator: Avoid long-term operation with too low flow rate, which will affect the service life of the regulator.

4. Storage: When it is not used for a long time, the oil, water and impurities in the separation tank and adsorption device must be cleaned and placed in a dry place to avoid rust.
