This amazingly soft rayon, poly and nylon blend gives this pullover sweater enough structural strength for a flattering fit. It is large with Dolman Sleeves making the measurements a bit challenging to be exact but the cut is more forgiving.  The bottom width is 36 in and it falls on the upper hip.  See pictures.
