Note: I have the ability to cut shape out of .030" chipboard (Uline#S-14211 ) or .022" white chipboard (Uline#S-11307). If there is interest in more of this size or other sizes, message me and I will work up pricing in your choice of material. If you want to proceed, I will then cut some out for you and list them. It is up to you to decide if this material is suitable for your application.
