Warranty Terms – Automotive-Outlet

• Eligibility

  The warranty applies only if the part is fitted by a certified or qualified mechanic. Proof of installation must be emailed to Automotive-Outlet within 30 days of purchase using the contact email on our store page.

• What is a Certified Professional?

  A certified professional means a trained and recognised mechanic or garage with trade qualifications (for example IMI, NVQ, ATA) or a registered business that routinely carries out vehicle repairs and services.

• Professional Installation

  Parts must be fitted correctly and safely according to manufacturer instructions. Fitting by an unqualified person or incorrect installation will void the warranty.

• Proof of Fitment

  Please provide an invoice or record from the garage showing the installation date, vehicle details, and business name or mechanic credentials.

• Submission Deadline

  Proof of fitment must be sent within 30 days of purchase. Claims without proof may not be accepted.

• Warranty Claims

  If a fault occurs, contact Automotive-Outlet as soon as possible. Include your order number, proof of purchase, installation proof, and details of the problem.

• Exclusions

  The warranty does not cover issues caused by poor installation, misuse, accidents, neglect, modifications, or normal wear and tear. Labour or other related costs are not included.

• Warranty Process

  After reviewing the claim, Automotive-Outlet may replace or refund the item. If the same part is unavailable, a similar replacement or refund will be offered.

• Transferability

  The warranty applies only to the original buyer and cannot be transferred.

• Limitation of Liability

  Automotive-Outlet is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses caused by use or failure of the part.

• Governing Law

  This warranty is governed by the laws of England and Wales and follows the Arbitration Act 1996.
