ITEM PRECAUTIONS

Connect the power supply and turn on the switch.
Adjust to the required curing temperature.
The heating indicator lights up, indicating heating has started.
The heating indicator turns off when the actual temperature reaches the set value.
Insert the glued ferrules into corresponding sleeves and place them in the heating cavities. A maximum of 24 ferrules can be cured at one time.
After curing is complete, remove the ferrules and sleeves, then load the next batch for curing.

Control Panel The control panel features a simple and practical design, primarily consisting of three functional modules: a temperature adjustment knob, a heating indicator light, and a power indicator light. Users can adjust the temperature within a range of 60-150℃ to meet the curing requirements of different materials.	Support Bracket Made of high-temperature-resistant material, the bracket is designed to securely hold and position fiber cables during the curing process, ensuring connector stability, preventing displacement/tilting, and enabling uniform heating for efficient batch processing.	Heating Oven The fiber optic curing oven is used for heating and curing various fiber optic connectors, including FC, SC, ST, LC, etc., and is particularly suitable for processing MT, MPO, and SMA-type fiber optic connectors. It can simultaneously cure up to 24 fiber optic connectors at once.

Thermometer The thermometer features precise monitoring temperature with analog needle display, enabling operators to instantly verify if the current temperature matches preset values, thus preventing material curing defects caused by temperature deviations.	Vent Hole & Support Leg The base is equipped with heat dissipation vents to effectively exhaust excess heat generated during operation, preventing overheating and protecting the machine. It also features four anti-slip and wear-resistant support legs to ensure stable performance.	High-Quality Spray Painting‌ The fiber curing oven's housing utilizes high-quality spray painting technology, combining aesthetic appeal with practical functionality.
