- Nel caso in cui un pacco arrivi DANNEGGIATO, l'acquirente avrà cura di aprirlo in presenza del corriere e di contestare al corriere l'eventuale danno. Nel caso in cui uno o più articoli fossero danneggiati, il reclamo presentato al corriere, unitamente ad un'ampia documentazione fotografica attestante il danno, dovrà essere trasmessa via email. Se le operazioni sopra descritte non vengono eseguite, nessun rimborso può essere effettuato.

- In caso di mancata consegna per ASSENZA DEL DESTINATARIO, sarà cura dell'acquirente attivarsi e collaborare con il corriere per il ritiro del pacco.
