You will receive an account and password to access the Jabra Enhance application (this is also your activation code). You can then update the account with ur information! Please note, when initially connecting to bluetooth, hearing aids will show up as original purchasers name, you can edit them to yours.

All colors are available. Please PM or leave a note in your order specifying your preferred color (gold, bronze,champagne,sparkling silver and warm grey). If no color is specified, one will be shipped at random.
