The JBA 1860S Shorty Header is engineered to enhance the performance and sound of your 2001–2003 GM HD truck equipped with the 8.1L V8 engine and GM 4L80E/4L85E transmission. Constructed from durable 409 stainless steel, these headers feature 1-3/4" mandrel-bent primary tubes that improve exhaust flow, resulting in increased horsepower and torque.
Designed for a direct fit, the JBA 1860S headers come with heavy-duty flanges and factory-style hangers for easy installation. They are compatible with JBA mid-pipes and exhaust systems, allowing for a seamless integration into your vehicle's exhaust setup. Please note that these headers are intended for off-road use and may not be street legal in all areas.
