If you are ordering for the holidays be sure to order ahead of time because holidays can be a very busy time of year and I ship the day of or the next two days of a customer purchasing the item. I am not responsible for what happens once the item is shipped and we receive a tracking number, so if the item does not arrive at your mailbox then the best thing to do is to contact usps or the shipping carrier that was used to ship your item. I drop your package off and receive a tracking number as you will and I have no control of where it goes from there so I will not provide a refund in that case.
