Delivery, Used & Pre Loved Item Information - 

Our used & per loved vintage items may have manufacturing marks due to their age. Some items may have slight scratches, china crazing and/or age staining due to their age and use over the years.

All of our items are pre loved & used, some of which are Antique & very old. Our items are NOT brand new, so, any manufacturing fault & blemishes add to their history & beauty.

We aim to show all damage where we can, therefore please consider this information before placing your bid, If you would like more photos or additional information on any item before purchasing, please do not hesitate to ask so we can send to you. 

We take pride in carefully packing each delicate item with bubble wrap, extra paper, protective filling & fragile labels for each parcel. This helps prevent damage whilst in transit to you. 

We can also arrange delivery worldwide via Royal Mail, if you require this service please contact us so arrangements can be made.

We rely on chosen delivery companies to carefully deliver your parcel, but unfortunately on occasion’s damage or loss does occur. Please make us aware as soon as possible so we can inform the delivery company.
