Up for sale is a B&S Series 2001 Alto Saxophone, made in Germany and finished in a durable nickel plate. This horn represents some of the finest German craftsmanship of the 1990s and early 2000s, and it shares the same design platform that world-renowned saxophonist and mouthpiece maker Dave Guardala used for his Guardala-branded saxophones during that era.
This particular horn is serial number 00718. It’s in overall solid condition with pads in good shape, though it could benefit from a regulation to be 100% dialed in. Even so, it plays as-is with a strong, centered tone.
