All items must be paid for within 3 days of the end of the listing. If an item remains unpaid for 3 days, we will begin the Unpaid Item process with eBay to recoup our eBay fees.

Sales Tax:
We collect sales or use taxes in all states that have passed laws requiring us to do so. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it's specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase isn't exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. PayPal:
Please be careful of the funding source that you select when making your PayPal payment. A PayPal e-check is the electronic equivalent of a personal check. Orders paid for with a PayPal e-check will be held until PayPal provides notification that your funds have cleared. This usually requires 3-4 business days from the date payment is initiated, which causes a delay in shipping your order. Please note that you can use a credit card through the PayPal site when paying for your order.

We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday, from our main distribution location in San Diego, CA. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. Orders received (checkout and payment completed) by 12:00pm PST are usually shipped the same business day or within 24 business hours.

Order Combining:
We offer combined shipping however since most of our items offer Free Super Saver Shipping, there will be no discount on the shipping. If you plan to purchase more than one item and are using an expedited shipping method then an automatic 15% discount will apply to your shipping total of 2 or more items purchased within 7 days of each other.

Lower 48 US States:
UPS Ground/SurePost/Mail Innovation and USPS First Class/Priority Mail are our standard shipping methods within the lower 48 U.S. States. These methods require 1 to 6 business days to arrive after leaving our facility and are fully trackable in route. We cannot ship items weighing over 1 lb to PO Boxes; so please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address.

Expedited Shipping:
In addition to free domestic (lower 48 states) shipping, we also offer standard rush, expedited and Next Day shipping options. Most items can upgrade to a RUSH service we list as "Standard Shipping." This usually will cost $4.99 and will guarantee your order is shipped expeditiously and will arrive within 5 business days of shipping. Our EXPEDITED shipping option is priced per zip code and parcel weight and is guaranteed to arrive within 3 business days after the order ships. Most items will display a Next Day rate which is priced by weight and zip code.

Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories:
US Postal Service Priority Mail, Parcel Post and First Class Mail are our standard shipping methods to AK, HI and US Territories. USPS Mail typically takes 4-14 days to arrive to you and is not fully trackable. Delivery confirmation is included on all USPS shipments and is included in your charge. Click on the Domestic Shipping tab to see the shipping rates for these areas.

We ship virtually anywhere on the planet so long as there is a service to get your order to you. Please remember that while we do everything in our power to get the package to you on time, certain things remain out of our control with international shipping (timeframe, customs delays, size restrictions, etc.). Please keep this in mind when rating our shipping!

UPS International Shipping:
UPS International Economy is our standard shipping methods to all points outside of the United States. UPS International Economy is usually delivered within 3-7 business days after leaving our facility. UPS International Economy is fully insured and is trackable online from the time that it leaves our facility until it arrives on your doorstep. Smaller and lighter items may ship by USPS First Class Mail International, Priority Mail International or Mail Innovations.

Global Shipping Program:
We may offer eBay's Global Shipping Program to a limited number of countries for some smaller items. Check the listing carefully to be sure. This program calculates your duties, taxes, and shipping up front and you pay this when you check out. The benefit is that your delivery is not delayed while trying to collect your duties and taxes, and you see the full landed cost of your item prior to committing to purchase. However, this program does not currently allow the addition of more items to your order to further save on shipping.

Shipping and Handling Costs:
Please read each listing to see the Shipping Price to your destination country. Click on the small "see details" link next to the Shipping Info section just under the current item price or bid. You can enter in your destination country there and see an estimate for how much the item will cost to ship.

Canada Ground Shipping:
Ground Shipping is our standard shipping method to all points in Canada for parcels weighing 3 lbs or more. The rates for Ground to Canada will display in the eBay shipping calculator as UPS Standard to Canada. Ground parcels are generally delivered in just 4-10 business days after leaving our facility. Ground is trackable online from the time that it leaves our facility until it arrives on your doorstep. All parcels shipped via Ground into Canada valued at over $20USD will incur import brokerage fees, duties and/or taxes. Please read about these fees below. Shipments sent via USPS to Canada already have brokerage and duties prepaid and will not be subject to any further fees.

Order Consolidation/Get It For Less with Combined Item Shipping:
Many customers wait to check out so they can combine items from us to save on shipping!

To benefit from Order Consolidation and Combined Item Shipping, simply wait until your last auction has closed or your last Buy It Now has been completed before you checkout. When you proceed to checkout in eBay, you will see that all of your items are in your shopping cart and you will be offered Combined Item Shipping. Once checkout has been completed, item consolidation will stop for that order and no additional items may be added.

Customs Duties and Taxes:
Depending on your country's laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from Vandue in most cases includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping, and you will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information PRIOR to committing to a purchase.

Brokerage Fees:
UPS International Economy is a not a paid brokerage service. This means that our shipping charge includes the cost of shipping only. You will be responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties, taxes and any additional import fees upon delivery.

Commercial Invoices and Declared Values:
All of our international shipments include a commercial invoice. We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. We cannot, under any circumstances, lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise (this means NO gifts!!). We also note shipping charges on the commercial invoice as required by the carrier. We do not include the shipping charges in the value of the item, but your country's import laws may do so.

Tracking Your Package:
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail the day that your order leaves our facility. This email is generated at the close of business day and will contain your tracking number (if available) along with a link to the tracking website for your package.

Returns:
All eBay purchases are expected to meet your expectations. Buyers of non "as-is" merchandise have 30 days from date of receipt to submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A RMA can be requested by using the eBay ASQ (Ask Seller a Question) feature at the top of the listing. All returns must be in original unused condition. Returns MUST be received in our warehouse within 30 days of you receiving your order or they will be refused and returned back to you. All non-defective returns are subject to a possible 15% restocking fee if not returned in the same condition as sent in addition to shipping charges. If shipping is listed as "free," then the seller's shipping cost will not be refunded. Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) items that were not advertised "as is" will be replaced (if available) or refunded to the buyer’s original method of payment. Returns will not be accepted for items listed as "broken" or "as-is".

Shipping Damage:
If your order arrives in a damaged parcel or the parts inside appear to have been damaged during transit, we can file a damaged parcel claim with the shipping courier on your behalf. Simply send us photos of the damaged parts as well as the shipping carton for us to submit with the claim. If replacement parts are available they will be sent to you. If no replacement is available, a refund may be the only option. Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your item if there is any damage. You will not be responsible for any shipping charges or other costs associated with replacing the damaged item. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.

Warranty:
We stand behind every item that we sell and will do everything possible to assure that you're satisfied. Should your merchandise be damaged through defect or otherwise, we'll be happy to facilitate replacement or repair for you. Certain items we sell have advertised warranties that are typically honored through our company.

Return Procedure:
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us through the eBay messages link to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the outside of the box containing your return and then ship it back to us. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be safe. As for the return process:

All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued. Parcels received more than 30 days after you received them will be refused and returned to you.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.

A restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price may be applicable for any return that is opened, assembled or otherwise not in new condition.

A request for an RMA must be made within 30 days of receipt and the RMA is valid for 30 calendar days from the day you received your order. Parcels received beyond this date will be returned to you.

Refund will be calculated as follows*:
