- We
process DOA (Dead On Arrival)
equipment immediately for
replacements(First 7 Days).
- We will exchange non-working
units if we have identical units
in stock. Otherwise, we will
refund the amount minus, Except
shipping/handling/insurance
costs.
- Any item that we sell that is
not working properly when
received by the buyer will be
covered under the terms of our
warranty. The item will be
exchanged/returned/refunded to
the seller at the buyer?s
expense. The item will be tested
to determine its condition. If
the item is not working and
there are no obvious signs of
physical damages, we will
exchange the item immediately if
it is available in stock, or the
amount for the item, excluding
shipping costs, will be
refunded. The buyer must notify
us within 120 days of receiving
the item and if any problem that
may require an exchange, return
or refund. This is also our
standard 120-Days Warranty
Policy (unless stated in the
warranty section). We DO
NOT cover the
following conditions under our
warranty:
- The buyer's inability or lack
of experience or knowledge to
install or use the equipment.
- The buyer's attempt to use the
equipment purchased in some
special application that may
require new equipment only.
- The buyer will be charged a
20% restocking fee for all items
returned that are determined to
be in working order, and a
refund will not be given.
- We will not accept any item
that is damaged in return
shipping; it will be reshipped
back to the buyer and they will
need to issue a claim with the
freight company.
- In addition bidders who "back
out" after the end of the
auction (who no longer want the
item or realize that it wasn't
what they wanted, etc.) will be
charged all of our eBay fees as
well as a 20% restocking fee.
