Orthoclase and Quartz Crystals Mineral Specimen - Cuasso al Monte, Varese, Lombardy, Italy

A super specimen of Orthoclase and Quartz crystals from the Cuasso al Monte area in the Varese Province of Lombardy, Italy. The Orthoclase is well formed and a pinky colour, typical of the region. This specimen came from the collection of Dr R (Bob) King, a founder of The Russell Society

The specimen measures 8.5cm x 5cm x 3.5cm and weighs 194g (All weights and measures are approximate).

This piece comes from a from a lifelong collector of minerals who mainly self-collected from all over the world and the UK, although he obtained this from the late Dr R (Bob) King collection.
