Shipping Policy

Return Instructions: Ensure all original packaging, including bubble wrap, plastic bags, and twist ties, is retained. Repack the equipment as it was delivered—no fingerprints or dust should be visible. Accessories such as batteries, chargers, and straps must be returned in their original plastic bags and wrappers, arranged neatly as per the manufacturer’s packaging. Please avoid writing on or attaching anything to the manufacturer's packaging.
Personal Care Appliances: This includes shavers, trimmers, hair dryers, straighteners, skincare, nail care, and medical equipment. Due to the nature of these products, only unused and unopened items can be accepted for return.
