This is one of two lipstick style or bullet style lighters that we found at a recent estate.

Yes, it is in rough condition and someone did try to tape it back together at some point in its life. However, the advertising portion is still very legible and when removing the bottom cover it looks as if this lighter never even had fluid in it The cotton is clean!
