THIS IS A SOLVENT BASED PRODUCT

Re-Seal Block Paving / Concrete sealer will help protect the concrete 

surface from oil spills and prevent oil staining. Once dried will be a clear finish.

We also supply sealer application tools, colour tints, bloom removers and

 rejuvenating solvents.

Our liquid coloured sealer tints can be used to transform old faded imprinted

 concrete driveways, patios and paths back to their original condition.

RE-SEAL pATTERN IMPRINTED CONCRETE SEALER FOR RE-SEALING

 COLOURED, PRESSED, IMPRESSED, PATTERNED AND STAMPED CONCRETE

 DRIVEWAYS, PATHS AND PATIOS.

Supplied in ready to use 5ltr UN approved tins it comes with anti-slip additive 

  to form an anti-slip surface, simply give the can a shake

 before opening and pour into container suitable for brush or roller application.

Preparation

Application to previously sealed concrete surfaces: surface must be pressure

 washed to remove all laitance.

Instructions for use

Compatible with all of our Re-Seal products range.

Concrete must be completely dry before application, if applied to wet concrete 

it may turn white.

Re-Seal must be applied at a 

minimum temperature of 10°C. Ambient temperature

 should not fall below 5°C during the drying time.

Maximum slab temperature on application should not exceed 25°C.

Do not apply over damp surfaces or when high moisture content in the air. 

(Winter months after 3.00pm).

Apply using a roller or soft broom, allow 4 - 5hrs drying time before opening to

 foot traffic and 72hrs before opening to vehicular traffic.

Coverage:20-25m²  depending on surface porosity and application method.

Health & Safety: Wear suitable clothing, gloves and eye protection. 

This material contains solvents and should only be used in well ventilated areas.

 Face masks must be worn. No naked flames or sparks. No smoking.

Notice: Summit Coatings only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of product proved to be defective. User shall determine the suitability in connection therewith. Since the product is used under conditions beyond the control of the manufacturer, these materials must be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
