This is a NEW Milescraft Drill90 Drill Attachment Fits 3/8 & Larger Drills Universal 1390.  This has a magnetic head for 1/4" hex bits and can create up to 100in. lbs. in torque. NO previous owners marks or etchings.  Original packaging shows light signs of drawer ware (see pic).  Sold As-Is.  Thanks for checking this out.
