Reach out if you have any requests for shipping or packaging arrangements, otherwise the following will be true: empty boxes will be flattened (that can be without damage) and jewel cases, or DVD-like cases will be sent in bubble mailers with extra cardboard. Cardboard-box-based games or packages with multiple items will be sent in a box which will be bubbled-wrapped or styrofoam-lined. Some low-cost paper/cardboard-based/thin items (like cards, manuals, comics) will be sent via lettermail without tracking and may be packed differently due to restrictions.

All games/movies/cds (that are not sealed) are tested before shipping. I take pictures of discs with a light shining on it so even the finest of scratches should be visible in the photos - this may make it look worse than it actually is in person sometimes.
