General disclosure from Seller

Please review the photos carefully before bidding. The photos are an important part of the description.
Seller has made a good-faith attempt to describe all items accurately and to note any condition; however, Seller has no specialized training or knowledge
about items listed. Items are described as they appear, and Bidder agrees that nothing contained in any description constitutes a warranty or guarantee about items listed.
Buyer agrees that Seller's responsibility ends once Seller places item with the Shipper. Buyer agrees that Seller will not be held liable for any lost or stolen item once the item has been placed into the Shipper's care, control and custody. Buyer agrees that Seller will not indemnify Buyer for any claim denied or amended by Shipper.
In the unlikely event of damage or loss, Buyer will need to provide photos of damaged item and packaging, and Buyer agrees to take any other steps required by the carrier to process a damage claim.
Seller may not have personally used this item. Accordingly, Seller may not be aware of all possible condition issues.
