This is a signed sculpture by the artist Joan Graybeal Menard. I do not know if it has a name and it is not dated. It has multiple imperfections that appear to have been produced during the sculpting process. It is possibly a one of a kind sculpture but I am only guessing based on what I have seen researching the artist and her works. The fairy sculpture is 5.5 X 4.5"  and 9.5" tall and weighs 2.11 lbs. I will gladly answer questions (if I can...) and send more photos upon request.
