This pennant is just under 7 inches tall and is 17 inches long plus 2 inches for the tassels . 

It is yellow felt with flat green silk screen print,  it has some damage, loose/missing stitches and a small tear where I think it was hung with a thumbtack, also some very light soiling, but it helps give it that ‘historical’ look

There is no fold over, it would seem it may have been displayed by pin or thumbtack -please see the photos

This was passed down to me, and I believe it was used in the Interlake/Selkirk/Winnipeg areas of Manitoba in the late 1960s and then in Ottawa in the 70’s to mid 80’s but this age range is just my gut-feel for it.

As for shipping, I can arrange Ottawa area hand delivery options, 

for mailing -my plan is to roll it gently as shown and ship in in a box.

It can be folded in half ( tip to almost the top, then the top fold over) and mailed flat it a card-stock envelope in a Mylar envelope, but this will need to be requested specifically  as it will make a crease.  

I can combine other items with this, or I can arrange other shipping options such as being folded flat and shipped in an oversized envelope…. Please feel free to contact me to discuss
