This is "Vintage Filotecnica Survey Telescope w/ Heavy Wooden Case Made In Italy" 

I know very little about what this is, but everything seems to move well, lenses look clear, no signs of damage and minimal wear. Box has some wear to it but is still fully functional as a protective thick wooden case. See pics for best view of condition.

This really feels to be in amazing condition. Everything turns perfectly and the bubble is good in the level. All lenses look great.
