To Customers Purchasing Games

All games sold in our store are in Japanese (NTSC-J). To play games on region-locked platforms, a Japanese-language console is required.

PS3, PS4, PS5, PSP, PS Vita, DS, DS Lite, SWITCH, and Game Boy Advance are region-free.

PS1, PS2, 3DS, Wii, Wii U, GameCube, Nintendo 64, SNES (Super Famicom), NES (Famicom), Game Boy, Xbox, Xbox 360, Sega Saturn, Dreamcast, and Mega Drive are region-locked.

If you do not own a Japanese game console, you will not be able to play these region-locked games.

Please check compatibility with Game Boy software before purchasing.

Returns due to compatibility issues are not accepted.

Shipping Information

Shipping carriers: Japan Post, DHL, FedEx, and Speed ??Pack. We select the most appropriate carrier based on your delivery address. All items include a tracking number.

Expedited Shipping

FedEx, DHL, EMS: $20 (with tracking) / Delivery time (approximately 1 week + processing time)

Estimated arrival time: 6-14 days

Shipping is only available to the address registered on eBay. If you would like to ship to a different address, please update your eBay address before placing your order.

Shipping occurs Monday through Friday. We are unable to ship on weekends due to shipping company holidays.

We do not undervalue items or mark items as "gifts." Such behavior is prohibited by Japanese, U.S., and international government regulations.

Import Duties: For Customers Outside the U.S.

Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please read the following before bidding or purchasing. Please check with your country's customs office for additional fees.

Returns

For returns due to buyer's convenience, the refund amount will be the product price minus return shipping costs and any customs duties incurred.

Furthermore, opened new products cannot be relisted as "new." In such cases, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the condition of the returned item.

About Product Condition

Even new products may have small dents, scratches, or imperfections on the box due to inspection and long-distance international shipping.

Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a product in perfect condition.
