Original Vietnam War US Army Airborne Glider Wings Silver-Filled Badge S-21
Very nice original US Army item. Excellent condition badge. Marked 1/20 SIL FIL and S-21 for Harry Sugerman/Susco. Made in silvered metal. Measures 1-1/2" wide.
The
badge was authorized on 2 June 1944 and discontinued on 3 May 1961 but
may continue to be worn on U.S. Army uniforms. Most examples with
markings are for senior US Army officials who were WWII veterans, but
are rare to see.
