We please need 3-business days to change battery and do a full quality control, including bench testing.  We can usually ship sooner however.  While it is a rare event, if the watch fails final Q/C for any reason and we do not have a second one in stock, we may offer the buyer a substitute (with their permission only) and if all else fails, we will promptly refund the full price at once.

Please note that we offer a three month warranty.  It is from us and is informal (no warranty certificate will be included).  After issuing an R/A, we agree to repair any defect reported within 3-months and delivered to us within 15 days after R/A is issued.  Buyer would pay for return shipping and we pay shipping to send it back.  (For out of the USA, we would charge shipping back to the international destination for warranty repair).  We can only warranty against water damage if the watch has a screw-down (diver's) crown. Otherwise, water damage is excluded.

Free shipping by USPS "Ground Advantage" with signature confirmation. Priority Mail with signature confirmation is available for a $5.00 up-charge. (If the buyer prefers no signature required, please inform us just before you place the order by messaging. In that case it will ship with tracking by delivery confirmation only). 

14 Day new return privilege ***BRAND NEW ITEMS ONLY *** (R/A is required before shipping back and buyer would pay for return shipping by tractable method). If item arrives not as described or damaged in transit, please contact us by eBay messaging within 3 days after receipt with a photo or photos and we would probably send you a pre-paid return label in that case.

NOTE: When the available quantity shows one only, it usually means we only have one available but sometimes it can mean that we only have one which has passed preliminary (fast-track) quality control. Before we ship, we do a second, more extensive quality control and change the battery on every outbound watch.
