IMMEDIATE payment by Paypal - we thank you for your understanding. We just have to to avoid those irresponsible members who do not pay after placing order.

Sales Tax

For shipments to many states, we are required by State law to collect Sales Tax.

Customer Service and Return Policy

We're confident of the products we offer, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on new, unused product within 30 days for a refund.  You do not need to get an RMA number. Just send the item back with the original packing slip and a note stating why you are returning the item, and that you request a refund or want another product.

The item must be in the original undamaged box or package. We do charge a 15% restocking fee, but this is waived for exchanges. Shipping, including return shipping, is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returned items that do not meet our return criteria will not be eligible for a refund.  Items returned outside the 30 day period are subject to a 25% restocking fee or, at our discretion we may choose to decline to accept your return.
