Up for auction/sale is a New/Old Stock (NOS) Gulf Oil Corporation lighter, which was produced in 1980 (Zippo Date Code / - / on the underside), This specific logo was adopted by Gulf Oil in 1964 and used until 2019.

This lighter is in brand new NOS condition, strikes perfectly, and even had the original instructions tucked inside the lid. There is some mild wear to the original box, otherwise it looks like it came off the shelf yesterday.

I have described this lighter as best I can, but to augment my description I have provided several high-resolution images of the lighter, box, and contents from varying angles to allow for a detailed review of quality, condition, and desirability. Please note, this is a highly polished mirror like surface, the anomalies are reflections from the black boards, the lighter itself is nearly perfect.
