t is an absolutely gorgeous piece.  
Note that one of the ears on the top has been repaired - it is done so pretty crudely with perhaps hot glue and could be done much more carefully  
Searching for info about carvings by "Raven from  Alaska" ,  I found plain poles like this one and others with wings
A small screw hole in the back and slight discoloration may indicate that it had wings at one time. 
The 19.5 inches height makes it unusual in size 
The base is approx 5 x 3.5 inches 
It is a gorgeous piece.
