This graduation certificate belonged to my beautiful, complicated mother. My mother Myna Leven was born in Chicago, Illinois. She attended Boone Elementary School and Senn High School. My mom and dad (the artist Terry Rose / Terry Martin Rose) met at Senn, married at age 19, and divorced while in their early 30’s. Neither really found happiness again. They both passed away while in their 70’s. My mom wrote her name in pencil on the back of the certificate. It’s faint but you can see it. And it is definitely her handwriting!

The certificate measures in at 8” x 10” and weighs .25 oz.

It has been folded up and it is wrinkled and it has some stains. Please see photos as they are part of the description.
