Overall, in Excellent/Near Mint (EX/NM) Condition.  Case is in EX Condition (1mm) tear on front cover - bottom left corner.  All 3 CDs are in NM Condition.  Note: CD #3 has 3 very small manufacturing imperfection on edge.  Barely noticeable and does not affect play.
