BUSINESS POLICIES:
CANCELLATIONS: Except under very unusual circumstances, I WILL NOT CANCEL AN ORDER, if a buyer makes a request for me to do so, if a buyer has already paid for the item or has already committed to buy it by submitting a "Best Offer," so please make sure that you really want an item before you complete the purchase for it with "Buy It Now" or make an offer for it using the "Best Offer" option.
“BEST OFFER” ITEMS: If I have accepted your "Best Offer," you must pay for this item within 2 days of the time that I have accepted your offer, and if you do not, I will report you to eBay as a "non-paying bidder," and this will go on your record with eBay, so please be prompt with your payment. (For instance, if I accept your offer on a Friday at 9:00 pm, then you must pay by the following Sunday by 9:00 pm. If I accept your offer on a Tuesday at 3:00 am, then you must pay for the item by the following Thursday at 3:00 am.) In the event that you need a little more time to pay for the item(s), please send me a message letting me know why, and you must send it before the end of the second day. For instance, if I accept your offer on a Saturday night at 10:00 pm, you are supposed to pay me by the following Monday by 10:00 pm (EST), but you need more time. In this case, you will need to send me a message BEFORE Monday night, 10:00 pm, letting me know that you need more time to pay for your item or items AND WHY you need more time.
SHIPPING: In most cases, I will combine shipping on multiple purchases, so be sure to add all of the items to the cart that you would like to buy, and then pay for them all at the same time in order to receive the combined shipping discount. The only time I will not combine items is when you are purchasing an item that costs more than $100.00 along with one or more items; in this case, I will have to ship the $100+ item separately and add a small insurance fee to the total cost; then I can combine the other items together in the same package and ship them together. Ground Advantage Shipping comes with $100 of insurance coverage, but no more than that. Whatever eBay charges for insurance is what I will charge for insurance. I charge a $2.00 handling fee per transaction (unless I offer free shipping on that item), and that $2.00 will already be figured in with the shipping fee. For instance, if you see the shipping fee in one of my ads as $7.50, the actual cost to ship the item is $5.50, and the remaining $2.00 is the handling fee.
RETURNS: For most of my items I do not allow returns/refunds, but if I do allow returns for a particular item, it will be stated in the ad for that item. I will allow a return, however, if an item arrives damaged, and I will pay the return shipping cost, if I want the buyer to return the damaged item. Fortunately, I have never had a customer receive a damaged item from me because I pack my items very well for shipping.

THEN THE RING MUST BE SHIPPED BACK TO ME NO LATER THAN THE 3RD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES IT IN THE MAIL--IT MUST BE POSTMARKED BY THE 3rd BUSINESS DAY IN ORDER FOR THE CUSTOMER TO RECEIVE A REFUND. Sterling Silver Red & Purple-Red Ruby Gemstone Ring
I purchased this ring new and have only worn it a couple of times. It is a size 5.25 but fits more like a size 5.5 due to the dome. The center stone is a large red oval ruby. I'm not a gemologist, but I do have some education in this area, and based on my education, I would classify the stone somewhere between moderately to heavily included, but these inclusions do not affect the beauty of this ring and can not be seen, unless you hold the stone up to the light. (Remember that it is natural for gemstones to contain inclusions, and by nature, rubies generally are more heavily included than many other gemstones.) The center stone is surrounded by purple-red colored rubies. The band and setting are made of sterling silver. I have included several photos of the ring. Remember that when you are in a warm or hot environment, your fingers will tend to swell slightly, and this will make a ring fit a little tighter; when you are in a cold environment, the cold temperature will cause your ring to fit a little more loosely.
I have additional jewelry for sale in other ads. These include the following: bracelets, bracelet & necklace sets, rings, earrings, and pendants. Some of the jewelry is made of natural (genuine) gemstones and metals such as sterling silver, solid copper, or solid brass. Other pieces of jewelry are made of a combination of silver-plated or gold plated metal and gemstones (either natural or lab-grown/man-made). Other pieces of jewelry may be made of Tibetan silver (which usually is a combination of copper, nickel, and zinc, but may also contain tin, iron, or silver) and lab grown/man-made gemstones or genuine gemstones. Still other pieces of jewelry may be made of a combination of different types of metal and either natural or lab-grown/man-made gemstones. I also have some pieces that would be classified as “fashion jewelry.” These pieces may or may not include genuine gemstones, and may or may not be made of sterling silver, copper, or brass. Sometimes they are made of a plated metal and simulated gemstones, with the gemstones being made of various materials (plastic, glass, etc.) that are meant to look like genuine gemstones. I may, at times, have pieces of jewelry that are made of gold-filled metal (probably 14 kt yellow gold filled) and genuine gemstones.
