Both items are pre-owned with wear. 
The plastic bag is an onion bag from the store it measures 10.25" X 14.5"
It also has an onion recipe on the bag. There are no holes in the bag but it has wear from discoloration so it's more gray than clear. 
The plastic memo pad is 4.5" X 3" 
The pad has some wear. There is a message on the last page about a trip to Florida. That is the only thing written in the memo pad
