*All game software sold at our store is Japanese version (NTSC-J). To play games on region-locked platforms, a Japanese version console is required.
*PS3, PS4, PS5, PSP, PS Vita, DS, DS Lite, SWITCH, and Game Boy Advance are region-free.
PS1, PS2, 3DS, Wii, Wii U, GameCube, Nintendo 64, SNES (Super Famicom), NES (Famicom), Game Boy, Xbox, Xbox 360, Sega Saturn, Dreamcast, and Mega Drive are region-locked.
If you do not own a Japanese game console, you cannot play these games in their region-locked state.
*Please verify compatibility for Game Boy software before purchase.
Returns due to compatibility issues will not be accepted.
Shipping
Shipping Carriers: Japan Post, DHL, FedEx, Speed Pack. We select the optimal carrier based on your destination. All items ship with a tracking number.
Express Shipping
FedEx or DHL or EMS: $20 (with tracking) / Delivery Time (approx. 1 week + processing time)
Estimated Arrival: 6-14 days
Shipping is only available to the address registered on eBay. If you wish to ship to a different address, please update your address on eBay before placing your order.
Shipments are processed Monday through Friday. We cannot ship on weekends as carriers are closed.
We do not undervalue items or declare them as ?gifts.? Such practices are prohibited by Japanese, US, and international government regulations.
Import Obligations
Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office for additional fees before bidding or purchasing.

Returns
For buyer-initiated returns, the refund amount will be the item price minus return shipping costs and any incurred customs duties.
Additionally, opened new items cannot be relisted as ?new.? In such cases, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the condition of the returned item.
