I am listing 15 sets of stamps and one wheel with handle.  Thirteen of the stamp sets are new in package and need to be assembled.  The Sparkling Summer may have come assembled and the rubber looks new but it is possible that they have been used and cleaned well.  The Wonderful Woodcuts looks like one stamp has some ink on it.  The others look clean.  The Hearts Angels wheel does have some ink on it.  The handle looks like the sponge ink roller needs to be replaced.  I put light pressure and did not get it to turn.  The wheel and handle had been stored together.

Some of these sets weigh more than one pound and since I am using a multi-listing, I will set one shipping price and when multiple sets are purchased, the shipping price will remain the same.  If you purchase all of them at one time, the shipping will be the same price.  I will send the sets out in a padded envelope or a box at my discretion.  Add the sets to your shopping cart and pay for them all at the same time to have your shipping combined.
