For item/s which include free standard shipping, postage is only FREE for the first delivery attempt to you. Please make sure to double check the shipping addresses to ensure the delivery. If item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify you know it is been returned by the post office, and shipping fee must be paid in full by you before Mobile Cube resends the item/s to you.

International order
We provide Air Mail parcel for international buyers. Postage varies by buyer location. Air mail takes about 10-20 working days to deliver, NO Tracking number. Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.
For faulty items:
If an item is defective as a manufacturers fault or defect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
If an item is identified as a manufacturer faulty item after assessment, there are two options for the buyer:

• We will fully refund the purchase price, or
• We will provide a replacement.

For changing mind or incorrect selection:
If you would like to return an item, because you changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
The item must be in re-saleable condition including that:

• It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
• It is unused and in its original condition.
