How Does it Work?
The vest has 4 pockets, 2 on the front, 2 on the back. The cool packs provided can be pre cooled in the refrigerator, 1 - 2 hours before use or rapidly in plain iced water for 20 - 25 minutes. Once cooled, place a pack in each of the 4 pockets in your vest, providing up to 3 hours of cooling relief. Adjust the vest accordingly using the shoulder and torso straps. The straps allow a comfortable fit for most adults, M - XXL. The torso straps can be trimmed if desired.

The vest with all 4 inserts weights just over 1kg, making it one of the lightest, most comfortable on the market.
