This panel is fully functional, all of the switches are in excellent condition and moving freely

Grade A = All switches are in good condition moving freely 
Grade B = Multiple switches are sticky / stiff but still functional

I have more of this model available let me know how many you need and I will get them tested

I always use plenty of packaging and the correct size box to ensure all items arrive undamaged.
