Eaton Mem Memshield 2 12 Way Distribution Board 125a TP&N Type B BM121

Standard 100/125A and 200A TPN type B distribution boards are available with a choice of 4, 6, 8, 12,

16 or 24 outgoing ways. A wide range of incomers can be fitted to allow for the flexibility needed in

modern installations. They comply fully with BS5486 : Pt 12 and BSEN60439-3.

Incoming Devices, 125A MAX

Available for type B distribution boards: 100A lugs; 100A SPSN, TP, or TPSN switch-disconnectors, 125A

TP switch-disconnectors, 100A TPSN RCCBs; 63A TP MCB. Please consult Eaton for details of other

incoming device types.

Features

Distribution boards can be stacked vertically. They can be electrically connected vertically or horizontally

to give more outgoing ways by using a coupling kit. Eaton’s modular control devices can

be fitted by using an extension box. Many SPN type A distribution boards can be

mounted on top of any type B distribution board.

1. Easy fit, DIN-rail mounting, incoming devices simply slot into place easing installation.

2. HRC fuse modules can be fitted in place of outgoing MCBs increasing flexibility.

3. Attractive two-tone grey finish over rust protected steel enclosure for lasting durability.

4. Main earth stud allows earth to be terminated inside or outside the enclosure.

5. Type B distribution boards comply with BS5486:Pt 12 and BSEN60439-3.

6. Heavy guage removable gland plates are provided top and bottom for ease of installation.

7. Shrouded neutral bar for increased safety.

8. Fully shrouded busbar for increased safety.

9. Busbar design eliminates risk of ‘hot spots’.

10. Earth and neutral bars can accommodate up to 25mm2 cables.

11. Modular sizes and removable gland plates allow distribution boards to be stacked vertically.

12. Optional coupling kits can be used to electrically connect two distribution boards together vertically. TPN

boards can also be linked horizontally. 

13. Covers fit within enclosure dimensions allowing adjacent mounting.

14. The door can be closed when MCBs are padlocked ‘ON’ or ‘OFF’ to increase safety (not shown).

15. Unique blanking modules can be used to blank off unused outgoing ways. The blanking module is the profile of

an MCB, so that it shrouds the busbar stab as well for increased safety. 

16. Generous cable space is provided.

17. Optional adjustable flush mounting kits provide the solution even where the mounting surface is uneven. 

18. All distribution boards have dished keyhole mounting slots for easy surface installation even when the

mounting surface is uneven.

19. Pan assembles are fully removable to ease installation.

20. Neutral links can be removed for testing purposes.

21. A clean earth kit is standard on TPN distribution boards for computer installations.

22. The door, when locked, covers all devices and front cover screws to prevent unwanted access (not shown).

23. Doors can be site fitted with either door barrel lock kits or padlocking kits. Padlocking kits allow the user to

standardise on all padlocking arrangements for an installation. 

24. All incomers (except direct connection) have positive contact indication.

25. Distribution boards can be fitted with a wide range of extension boxes including glazed door types so the user can

easily identify the status of the fitted control devices.

26. Modern styling allows the range to discreetly blend in with both industrial and commercial premises.

27. Dual earth and neutral bars on TPN distribution boards for ease of installation.

28. TPN and TPSN incoming device options include a 125A fuse combination switch to give a compact solution to

discrimination problems at high current levels.

29. TPN incomer options allow the fitting of MCCBs from 16A up to 200A.

30. Split load, dual tariff and double pole distribution boards are available as standard.

31. Double pole boards can be fitted with SPSN MCBs and SPSN RCBOs.

• Two type B distribution boards can be positioned side by side and electrically inter-connected with a coupling kit.
