Funko Pop 'Movies' vinyl figure for PENNYWISE WITH WIG , from the film 'It'.  The figure is #474, was originally released in 2017, and has since been vaulted/retired.  This version of the figure has blue eyes, and this version was exclusive to Walmart.

The figure is new, never removed from the box, and the box shows some general shipping and shelf wear, and light scuffing of the plastic.  There is a light line to the left of the '474' that was caused during production or packing, a light horizontal line caused during production or packing on the left-hand panel, light scratches on the bottom panel, and other light marks.  The photos show the actual item that the winner will receive.  If you require a mint package, we would suggest that you pass on this item.
