This issue is from October 1984 reprinting Amazing Spider-Man #29 "Never Step On A Scorpion!...Or... You Think It's Easy To Dream Up Titles Like This?" by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, and it DOES have the Scorpion pin-up page.  Graded in very fine minus condition.
