1.Pull seat cover over the top of the seat, adjust and smooth to fit.
2.Pull the flap tightly through the car seat crevice.
3.Pull the bottom of the seat cover over the bottom of the seat.
4.Attach the elastic straps with hooks on the bottom of the car seat, smooth to fit.
