Return Policy

·       Please contact us within 3 days after receipt of the product in case return is required.

·       Returns are only accepted within 14-days of item received and if the product is not found as advertised. InitialShipping charges are not refundable unless the there is a fault or deviation in the product from the order.

·       Returned item MUST be received in the same condition they were sent in and received by the buyer with original packaging. However, return shipment charges, taxes and any other charges would be paid by the buyer.

·       Buyer pays return shipping. Please do not USE items, if you wish to return them as they cannot be replaced or refunded.

·       We are not responsible for returns due to sizing related issue because size selection is done by the customer.

Shipping Policy

·     Most of our items are shipped from our overseas factory. Shipment takes place within 5 to 10 working days after receipt of payment confirmation and reaches its destination within 5-10 working days depending upon location.

·        We use DHL or FEDEX to send items to UK/USA/Canada.

·        We do not ship to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses as we use courier services and they only deliver to physical addresses. For PO Box, APO/FPO address delivery, extra charges of $20 will be applicable; alternatively buyer can provide us a physical door address in the destination country.

·        Tax & Custom charges are beyond our control. You requested to check their local office for any tax/custom charges. These charges are normally collected by the shipping company or you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
