WHAT IS PARKING AIR CONDITIONER ?                                                    

 The parking air conditioner is a kind of in-car air conditioner. It refers to the equipment that uses the on-board battery DC power supply (12V) to make the air conditioner run continuously when parking and waiting and resting, and to adjust and control the temperature, humidity, flow rate and other parameters of the ambient air in the car, so as to fully meet the comfort cooling needs of the truck driver. 

 

 Normally drivers leaving the engine running for hours to use the air conditioner during parking or rest time at night, it is bad for the environment and tons of fuel wasted, it also wears down the engine faster. The 12V electric air conditioning system have multi installation ways to ensure it can be suitable for most vehicles in the market. It includes:
1)  ro oftop mounted air c onditioner  for van, truck, commercial vehicles, special vehicle, trailer, earth-moving machine, motorhome, RV (re creational vehicl e) 
2) bac k - wall mounted air c ondition er for truck, tractor, trailer, heavy duty truck, light truck, truck cab, truck sleeper, sleeper cab.
The truck air con diti oner is divided into two types: Rooftop Air Conditioner/ split type model. Very easy to install.
T he entire air conditioner is integrated, with compressors, condensers, blowers and other accessories inside.



Installation


1.Remove the outer casing.

2.Select the installation position and mark the punch position. (Select 5 installation points)

3.Punch holes at the mark points. (Tool: an 8mm/0.3inch drill)

4.Use a pull riveter to fix the pull rivet nut at the marked hole.

5.Fixed the damping pad and sleeve at the marked points on the external 6.machine.

7.Fixed the external machine.

8.Install the internal machine: install an expansion valve.

9.Fixed internal machine mounting plate.

10.Fixed the internal machine.

11.3/8inch pipe (high-pressure pipe) connected to the condenser.  

12.Connect internal and external machine wires and power cord.

13.Connect internal and external pipes, and fixed the evaporation box.

14.Connect internal and external wires.

15.Install the drainage pipe.

16.Vacuum for 15-20 minutes.

17.Refill refrigerant (Pure R134a) 400-450g/0.88-0.99lbs.

18.The power cord is connected to the battery.

19.Install the outer casing.

20.Winding tape to fix the internal and external machine connecting pipe and the internal and external machine connecting wire.

21.The installation is complete.
