This listing is for Vintage Academy Silver On Copper Coffee Tea Pot 7" Tall Hinged Lid.  This is marked on the bottom:  Academy Silver On Copper.  This has a hinged lid.  I have not polished this.  It is exacty like it was when I acquired it.  Measures 7" tall x 9 1/4" across with handle and spout.  Please look at the pictures as they are part of the description.  I attach a lot so you can see any blemish, ding, etc.
